Monitoring Extras
Whether you are a homeowner or a business owner, our monitoring station offers additional monitoring features to suite your needs.

Supervised Open & Close:
Each person who is authorized to open and close the business will be assigned a four-digit access code to the alarm system. The monitoring station will be provided with a schedule of the business hours. Each time the business is opened or closed the information is logged and saved on your account at the monitoring station. The information that is logged is: the action, date, time, and user number of person who opened or closed. If the business is not opened or closed at a time specified by the business owner, a monitoring station operator will respond based on the instructions on the account.
You receive a weekly or monthly report of the open and close activity, via e-mail.

Passive Open & Close:
Each person who is authorized to open and close the property is assigned a four-digit access code to the alarm system. Each time the alarm system is turned on or off the information is logged and saved on your account at the monitoring station. The information that is logged is: the action, date, time, and user number of the person who armed or disarmed the alarm system.
You receive a weekly or monthly report of the open and close activity, via e-mail.

Cellular Monitoring:
Cellular service provides your home or business with the highest level of protection. In the event of your telephone service being interrupted, your alarm system can still transmit alarms and supervisory signals to the monitoring station. This feature can be used as a backup or as primary means of communication to the monitoring station.

Internet Monitoring:
Internet monitoring transmits alarm activations from an AlarmNet-I server to the monitoring station. AlarmNet-I transports sensitive alarm data over the internet safely using both encryption and two-way authentication. It also operates on company networks without any need to modify the firewall. If you do not have a landline in your home or business and cellular monitoring is not an option for you, you may consider our Internet monitoring service.

Timer Test:
We program your alarm system with an automatic Timer Test. You can choose a Weekly or Daily test frequency. Your alarm panel sends an automatic test signal to the monitoring station to test the lines of communication. If the test is not transmitted successfully, our office will contact you to trouble shoot what the problem is and correct it.

Alarm Notification:
Besides being notified of alarm activations by phone, our monitoring station is also able to notify you via e-mail and text.
